Welcome to Simply Radiant Sweets! Before placing an order, please read through our Terms & Conditions. By submitting an order inquiry or confirming a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Payment & Deposit Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and reserve your date.
Full payment is due at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event date.
For orders placed within 14 days of the due date, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Orders must be picked up at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in loss of product without reimbursement.
Payment serves as acceptance of all terms and confirms final order details.
Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled before the 14-day lockout date may qualify for a refund of up to 50% of the amount paid (excluding the 50% deposit).
Orders canceled within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
We understand that unexpected life events can occur. If something impacts your date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.
Order Changes
Changes to your order (design, size, flavors, colors, etc.) are accepted up to 14 days before your event date.
After the 14-day lockout period, no changes can be made.
Design, Colors & Inspiration
Any inspiration photos shared with us will be used as a guide to create your custom design.
We do not guarantee exact replication of any design, image, or photo.
Color matching will be done as closely as possible, but please note:
Variations may occur due to lighting, ingredients, and screen/device differences.
Some shades are harder to achieve in buttercream or fondant and may look slightly different in person.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available and subject to a delivery fee based on location and time.
If you choose pickup, please arrive on time to ensure the quality and freshness of your order.
Delays or missed pickups could disrupt other customer deliveries and may result in forfeiture of your order without refund.
Rental Items
Rented items such as cake stands, platters, cutting tools, or display accessories must be returned within 14 days of your event.
Please ensure all items are returned clean and in good condition to avoid replacement fees.
