What type of desserts and cakes do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of delicious desserts and cakes, including cakes, novelty cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other specialty treats. All Simply Radiant Sweets products are created with the freshest ingredients and are sure to delight your taste buds.
What are your custom cake prices?
Every cake is customized based on each client's needs, desired number of servings, design choices and decoration ideas. Most often, no two cakes are the same and because of this, prices will vary.

Adding additional decorations, details, colors, and other elements will add to the cost of the design. A deposit or full payment will be required for all orders.
How far in advance should an order be placed?
Layered cakes, cookies and cupcakes can be placed any time, but scheduling demands and supply will influence availability. The earliest notice possible is always the preference.

Sculpted cakes are best to order at least 2 weeks in advance but depending on the complexity, could be executed with less notice.

Wedding cakes and multi-tiered cakes are best ordered as far in advance as time allows to ensure your date can be reserved.
Do we offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available at an additional charge of $25 (within a 20-mile radius). There is an additional cost for longer distances. Set up fees are not included in the delivery fee and vary based on event size and product line.
What flavors are offered?
Excitingly, there are an abundance of flavor combinations available, but our client favorites include chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, red velvet, lemon, and carrot cake. We also offer an assortment of frosting flavors so do not limit yourself, just ask. You can find our full menu under the "Ordering" tab.
How do I place an order?
To place an order or schedule a consultation, please visit our Contact tab, and enter your information. It would be helpful if you provided details of your event in the information box. We will contact you to discuss more details.
Do you offer specialty cakes for allergies/medical conditions?
Currently we do not offer gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, or glucose-friendly options but just as our company is growing and developing, so is our menu. Please feel free to check back with us in the future for additional options.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we do offer shipping on limited menu items. Currently we ship BiggTone's Larger-than-Life Cookies, Bundt cakes, Baby Bundts, and our designer sugar cookies. To help ensure that shipments arrive as fresh as possible, we only ship Monday-Wednesday. Please contact us to inquire more about our shipping details.
